Stepping inside the Schiller Brasserie is like stepping back to the beginning of the last century. While celebrated writers and artists used to rub shoulders among its dark-wood paneling and Art Deco fixtures, today you’re more likely to see tourists and the odd movie star propping up the elegant, well-stocked bar. Pull up a stool, order a classic cocktail and admire the impressive stained glass windows. From Monday to Friday (10.30 – 11.30 PM) the famous Dutch talkshow “RTL Late Night” is broadcast live for the brasserie.
