Little Collins is a new Amsterdam bar and restaurant and is our tribute to our fabulous home city, Melbourne, and the many things we love to eat and drink. Our tasty brunch menu is available from Wednesday to Sunday and includes all those brunches you have been desiring for so long. Our dinner menu, available Thursdays and Fridays, is a mouth-watering selection of contemporary foods from around the globe – lone diners can sample several dishes and guests in groups are encouraged to share.
