In 2016, quite a number of people have got to know chef, world traveller and jazz musician Numa Muller (Arles; 1985). Through various pop-ups on different locations in Amsterdam, Numa introduced his interpretation of the néo-bistro cuisine. This popular cuisine, famous in Paris and renowned for its recognizable dishes, prepared with new flavours and a touch of je ne sais quoi, is now also available in the Dutch capital.
